If there were a poster child for motherhood, it would be Mona Corwin. I’m not saying she’s the perfect mom, but she is hands down the most passionate woman I know about the topic of motherhood and raising a generation of joy-filled moms. Her mission to inspire others to live a life of Biblical womanhood is unstoppable!
Meet Featured Mona Corwin
Business Name: Mona Corwin
Business Description: Author, speaker and creator of a community that desires to restore and embrace the joy-filled mission of marriage and mothering.
Mona’s Story: I am a mentor. Actually I am a pointer. I point to things. Things like… lies I see women believe, truth that the Bible reveals, and a love like no other, Jesus. I’m the “been there done that” girl on a journey to come back and lend a hand, a shoulder and yes a pointer. I love encouraging and equipping women in the art of womanhood. To become not only givers of life physically, but to be life givers in every situation that comes their way. We were created to do this… do you know that? Not sure how? Join me and the community of women that desire to live fully feminine and impact their generation. We are UnStoppable.
“We will not hide them from their descendants; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done. He decreed statutes for Jacob and established the law in Israel, which he commanded our ancestors to teach their children, so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children.” – Psalm 78:4-6
“Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.” – Titus 2:3-5
Hobbies, interests, gifts: Learning… I’m so curious, I google everything! I love cooking and writing and talking to women about cooking and writing about what they say… Yep that’s about it. I also adore being with my kids and hubby. Nashville and Austin are my favorite cities and I can be found in any coffee shop writing and talking to women. (Yes, I know there is a continuing thread here, Ha!) Oh and I collect photos of motherhood. Not from professional photographers, but really life ones. I post them on my pinterest. I adore them! Send me some!
